kitchen area friendly staff daily cleaning small room
i loved the locations. it was easy to get to tower bridge. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and kitchen are great to have in our studio room.
The room wasn't what i saw in the pictures. the bed was almost on the floor, without space for luggage. We had to use the same towels for days.

small room unsafe area
The room was VERY small. I know they advertise the room dimensions, but it felt EVEN smaller in person. It was difficult to move around the bed to reach the bathroom. Maybe a smaller bed would help create more space. I did not feel completely safe in the area.

small room no cleaning
The location was close to Aldgate East Tube station , making it easy to get around.
The room was very small for the price , barely enough space to open my suitcase. There was no real storage space , so I had to live out of my suitcase the entire time. Also , the room wasn't cleaned .

perfect location nice staff soundproofing issue large gap
the location was perfect. it took less than 10 minutes to walk to the docks. nearby stores and coffee places were easily accessible. the staff were super nice and the room was clean. the room was a cosy studio.
the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear everything from the adjacent room. the noise impacted the stay. the shower door had a large gap. water splashed into the bathroom and corridor.
